General

1. By signing the registration form and/ or confirming the booking, you agree that the registration form and/ or (email) booking confirmation, together with these Terms and Conditions, constitutes a contract between you and us (Worldwide Success Partners BV, Hoogstraat 18A, 8531 Bavikhove, Belgium).
2. Please check that the details in these terms and conditions and, if applicable, on the registration form are complete and correct before committing to the contract. If you believe an error has been made, be sure to ask us ​​to confirm any changes in writing as we only accept responsibility for statements and representations made in writing by our authorized employees and agents.
3. Please read and understand these terms and conditions before signing and submitting the registration form.
 
Fee and payment terms
4. You must pay us in return for the program:
a) The full rate upon signature of the registration form by you without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim; or
b) You must pay us each installment in full and without set-off or deduction, the terms of which are set out in the registration form.
5. If you fail to comply with the payment terms in clause 4(a) or 4(b), we reserve the right to suspend this agreement and your rights under it until payment is made.

 
Intellectual property
6. All intellectual property rights developed and used in the conduct of the programs, including but not limited to Wilderness Warrior Program, The BIG Walk, Safari Leadership Experience, Wilderness Leadership Program, Ladies in Leadership program, are owned by Worldwide Success Partners BV , Hoogstraat 18A , 8531 Bavikhove, Belgium.
7. In executing the program for you, no intellectual property rights will be transferred or assigned to you, and title to all such intellectual property remains with Worldwide Success Partners BV.
8. You may use such material only for personal and educational purposes. You may not;
a) Change our intellectual property or the materials; or
b) copy or reproduce the contents of the program, services or materials; or
c) Sell or make available to third parties the intellectual property or materials.

 

Royalty
All images, text and other material posted on this site are subject to copyrights owned by Worldwide Success Partners BV and are protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction, retransmission, distribution or republication of all or any part of images, text programs and other material on this site is expressly prohibited unless Worldwide Success Partners BV as the copyright owner of the material has expressly granted its prior written permission. All other rights reserved. This site is intended to be maintained in a manner consistent with copyright laws. Accordingly, users may not post or post any copyrighted material on this site unless the copyright owner of the material has expressly granted its prior written consent to such submission.

 

Termination & Refunds
9. The contract between you and us will automatically terminate upon completion of the delivery of the program that you have booked by us on the registration form in accordance with the contract.
10. You may terminate this Agreement in writing within fourteen (14) business days of the Effective Date without any liability (“Cooling Off Period”) by providing or sending us written notice of termination (including electronic mail) via email: info@worldwidesuccesspatrners.com (“Cancellation Notice”). We will refund to you all or any part thereof that you have paid to us in accordance with the terms agreed upon under this Agreement. If a refund is due from us to you, we will process it within 15 business days.
11. If you terminate the contract after the cooling off period, there will be no refunds on monies received and we will charge you according to the following cancellation policy:
a. Up to 16 weeks before the start of the program: 25% of the full amount will be charged.
b. From 16 weeks to 10 weeks before the start date of the program; 40% will be charged.
c. From 10 weeks to 6 weeks before the start date of the program; 60% will be charged.
d. From 6 weeks to 31 days before the start date of the program; 70% will be charged.
e. Less than 30 days before the program start date; 100% will be charged.
12. If you terminate the contract after the event has started, no refund will be made.
 
Immigration and Visa Requirements
13. You remain fully responsible for ensuring that you are fully aware of and comply with the current immigration laws and visa requirements of the country you intend to visit. Worldwide Success Partners BV cannot help with this. Please contact your preferred travel agency or local government for further assistance.

 

Disclaimer
I, the undersigned, hereby indemnify Worldwide Success Partners BV and all local program providers hired by them and any employees, agents or assigns of Worldwide Success Partners BV and/or the local program providers against death, injury or illness suffered or by myself, or theft, loss or damage to property in my possession during the program conducted by Worldwide Success Partners BV in conjunction with their local program providers or any employees, agents or assigns of Worldwide Success Partners BV and/or the local program providers, whether caused by any cause and whether the result of the negligence of Worldwide Success Partners BV and/or the local program providers or any employees, agents or assigns of Worldwide Success Partners BV and local program providers.
 
I further acknowledge that the Wilderness Camp is unfenced and is located in an area where potentially dangerous animals roam freely. I, the undersigned, hereby indemnify Worldwide Success Partners BV and/or the local program providers and any employees, agents or assigns of Worldwide Success Partners BV and/or the local program providers against death, injury or loss suffered or suffered by myself, either on foot or in vehicles, because of the behavior of these wild animals. I also acknowledge that the program takes place in a malaria-endemic area and that I have been advised to take anti-malarial measures. I acknowledge that any medical costs incurred are for my own account.
I further acknowledge that if I participate in the use of illegal drugs, I will be asked to leave the Program immediately, with no provision for a refund of the Program Fees. If I drink alcohol I undertake to do so in a responsible and regulated manner and should, as determined by the training instructors, disturb or disturb other participants or staff due to overconsumption of alcohol, I may be asked to leave the program immediately , without provision for refund of program fees. I further undertake to always comply with any reasonable order, order, request or request that may be made of me in the interest of my own personal safety or the safety of others in whose company I may be, in any stage of the program by any employee, agent or assignee of Worldwide Success Partners BV and/or the local program providers.
 
Force of the majority
If the performance or performance referred to in this Agreement is prevented or canceled due to force majeure, unavoidable accident, fire, power failure, flood or any other calamity, or as a result of strikes, lockouts or other events beyond the direct control of all parties, then the organizer may, at his discretion and without discussion, postpone the performance from the original performance date.
 
Other

1. All communications must be made to the address stated on the registration form (Article 10 of the General Terms and Conditions).
2. The failure to exercise or delay in the exercise of any power or right of a Party shall not constitute a waiver of such power or right, nor shall a single exercise of any power or right preclude any other or further exercise thereof. from; or the exercise of any other power or right. Any power or right may be waived only in writing signed by the party to which the waiver is bound.
3. If any provision of this Agreement is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid, unenforceable or inconsistent with any rule, statute, ordinance or regulation, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
4. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. All prior agreements, agreements or commitments are suspended.
5. A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights whatsoever under or in connection with any claims arising out of the performance of the Program.
6. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law and you and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
7. Nothing in the contract affects your statutory rights.
